There is probably nothing that will wake up the entertainment industry more quickly than a beautiful young female who not only looks the part, but also sounds it. Meet Chloe DeQue, a 17 year old femcee hailing from the cultural mecca known as New Orleans.
Chloe DeQue just dropped her first video, “Wake Up Call”, and it is already getting rave reviews. She isn’t a gimmick rapper – she’s a microphone slayer. Her lyrics are impressive, her vocabulary is broad and her delivery is super quick. Chloe just might be what the industry has been lacking. When asked how she wants to be remembered, she just says, “As a legend.” It’s an almost certainty that will come true.
The visuals to “Wake Up Call” are available on YouTube. The single is available for download and streaming on all digital platforms. The song is produced by legendary trumpeter/Producer Shamarr Allen.

One of New Orleans’ best kept secret is rapper Black Troy. This Uptown Third Ward lyricist is definitely one who won’t fade away any time soon. His most recent offering, “Earned My Stripes”, is an unforgettable multi-track project that is definitely one of the best to come out of the Crescent City in quite some time.
While Black Troy has made quite a splash in the Down South music scene via his R33ltalk 3nt imprint, if you ask him of his greatest accomplishment, he will likely tell you it is being a proud father of seven boys and one girl. He works hard to make sure his children are successful in life, with him instilling in them great values. They also motivate Black Troy and that enables him to pursue his dreams without end, with hopes they will follow suit. You’d be hard pressed to find such an impressive entertainer as Black Troy. He spends a large majority of his time supporting his sons’ football careers, as well as mentoring youth and motivational speaking.
Make sure you add “Earned My Stripes” to your playlist!
New Orleans legends Mr. Meana and Kango Slimm of the beloved group Partners-N-Crime (PNC) are preparing to drop a new single entitled “Only Human”. It will be available for streaming and download on all digital platforms. The single was produced by KC.
Retro has been touted as an artist who is Next Up. Given his work ethic and strong musical background, he is guaranteed a spot among the stars. His newest offering, “Money Code Talk”, is a super dope visual that is certainly worth checking out!
HKMGMIKODreamz PR client/CEO and flagship artist Breadman is cooking up some big things. He is preparing to attend and perform at Austin’s upcoming SXSW, not to mention he dropped a new video earlier today.
“Other Sh*t” is available on You Tube and the song will be available everywhere music is sold/streamed. Breadman continues to make the most of 2018’s First Quarter, as he prepares to heat up the Second Quarter.
Fresh on the scene, Perry G and Kat Trakz team up with the legendary Mr. Meana (of Partners-N-Crime), along with K Soul for the visuals to their new hit single, “Ball”. The carefully put together song and video are definitely worth your time. Check them out and Watch-Listen/Comment/Share!
For a chosen few, music is written in the book of life. It is personal and it is palpable. For Houston, Texas based artist Breadman, it is both. Originally known by his childhood name “Lil West”, Houston, Texas rapper Jermaine Deshan “Breadman” West is a rising star. For an entertainer to become successful, particularly a rapper, he must be innovative and have endless hustle – two characteristics that have never been lost on Breadman.
